eduroam is the secure, world-wide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community.
eduroam allows students, researchers and staff from participating institutions to obtain Internet connectivity throughout the college and when visiting other participating institutions using their Wi-Fi enabled devices.
Furness College is a participating member of eduroam, and as such all college staff and students can log on to eduroam at participating sites around the world using their Furness College network username and password.

Furness College operates a home and visited service with wireless connectivity presented throughout the entire campus.
To log on to the eduroam network your username is your student number followed by @student.furness.ac.uk for example. firstname.lastname@example.org. Your password is the same as you use to log on to the computers in college.
To log on to the eduroam network your username is your admin username followed by @admin.furness.ac.uk for example. JoeB@admin.furness.ac.uk. Your password is the same as you use to log on to the computers in college.
eduroam is available on most popular devices, however it should be noted that not all devices are compatible with the service. Please click the link below for instructions on how to configure your device.
Please note traffic on the college network is subject to URL filtering. This includes eduroam network access.
